Job Description

Support the Plaza Manager in managing daily showroom operations.
Ensure achievement of showroom sales, collection, profitability, and customer service targets.
Supervise and guide Sales Executives and other showroom employees.
Monitor daily sales, credit collection, stock position, and employee performance.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, cleanliness, branding, and showroom presentation.
Develop retail, installment, corporate, and dealer sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries and support the resolution of complaints.
Maintain discipline, attendance, dress code, and service standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Perform the responsibilities of the Plaza Manager during their absence.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, HR, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments.
