Job Summary: RDRS Bangladesh is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to enhance guest services at the Rangpur Guest House. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who can manage the housekeeping team to ensure maximum comfort and a luxurious experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect work to ensure prescribed cleanliness standards are met.
Schedule staff shifts and organize replacements as required.
Investigate and address complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
Provide necessary training and guidance to housekeeping staff.
Regularly check inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as required.
Screen housekeeping applicants and recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
Perform various cleaning duties during staff shortages.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Ensure sufficient stock levels for daily use across all outlets.
Ensure service standards are consistently delivered.
Prepare, monitor, and manage the staff duty roster and attendance; track staff performance and report to the AGM.
Brief the team daily on operations and upcoming restaurant and banquet functions
Age At most 35 years Graduation with at least 5 years or Diploma in Hotel Service/Housekeeping with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
