Job Description

The position will be responsible for strengthening portfolio governance, strategic planning and project management while driving product innovation, data-driven decision-making and profitability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies aligned with the Bank's business objectives.
Manage portfolio performance through customer segmentation, pricing, credit limit optimization and profitability analysis.
Monitor business performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, digital payment projects and product enhancement programmes.
Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and strategic proposals for new products and initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive product innovation by leveraging customer insights, emerging payment technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and Payment Scheme guidelines.
Prepare management reports, business dashboards, strategic presentations and Board papers.
Monitor strategic KPIs, project progress and portfolio performance while providing actionable business insights.
Support business planning, budgeting, governance, audit and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of Credit Card business and portfolio management.Strong analytical and business planning capability. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of digital payment products and emerging payment technologies.Relevant experience in Card Business, Digital Payments, Portfolio Analytics, Product Management or Strategic Initiatives will be preferred.
