Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for expanding the Bank's Offline Partnership Portfolio, developing EMI and B2B business, acquiring strategic merchant partnerships and executing partnership-led initiatives to drive card acquisition, card usage and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the Bank's Offline Partnership Portfolio across retail, lifestyle, healthcare, education, hospitality, fuel and other merchant segments.
Drive the Bank's Offline EMI Business by acquiring new EMI partners, expanding the partner network and increasing EMI transaction volume.
Lead B2B Business Development by establishing strategic partnerships with corporates, distributors, wholesalers, franchises, educational institutions, hospitals and other business organizations.
Identify, negotiate, onboard and manage strategic merchant partnerships to expand the Bank's partnership portfolio.
Develop and execute merchant-funded campaigns, exclusive cardholder offers and partnership-led business initiatives to drive card acquisition, card usage and revenue growth.
Monitor partnership performance, business profitability and portfolio growth while identifying new commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.Strong business development and relationship management skills.Experience in merchant/partner acquisition and commercial negotiations.Strong understanding of EMI business and card payment ecosystem.Strong networking and stakeholder management capability.Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue and portfolio growth.Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.Experience in Card Business, Merchant Acquisition, EMI Business, B2B Business Development, Retail Partnerships or Strategic Partnerships will be preferred.
