Branch Operation Manager (SO-SPO)

• Branch Operation Manager will be responsible for the entire operations of the Branch and ensure every employee provides excellent customer services.

• Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and check transactions as per guidelines.

• Ensure proper branch maintenance i.e. cleanliness, floor management, branch security, IT security etc.

• Act as joint custodian of vault keys.

• Perform duty as BAMLCO.

• Ensure on time submission of all relevant reports and statements to Regulatory Bodies and Head Office.

• Generating new business for SME/Retail and non-funded business by identifying potential customers.

• Achieve business target both for Assets and Liabilities.

• Develop growth strategies and plans for procuring new businesses.

• Sound knowledge about credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, borrower selection etc.

• Compliance with regulatory guidelines & internal policies, SOP etc.

• Work in close partnership with Branch Manager, Branch Team and Head Office Departments.

• Ensure adherence to banking laws, AML-CFT rules, and internal policies.

• Manage risk control and act as coordinator during internal or external audits.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the Branch Manager/Management of the Bank

Age At least 30 years Age At least 30 yearsExcellent ability to lead a dynamic team.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Expert in customer centricity, ownership & delivering results, integrity, collaboration and developing othersStrong communication, decision-making, and report-writing skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and analytical integrity.In-depth understanding of the Bank Company Act, 1991 (with latest amendments), Bangladesh Bank BRPD, DOS, and FID circulars, and BFIU guidelines.
