Job Description

The Job holder will be responsible for achieving assigned individual business targets as per approved budget, perform various operational/service functions in Maker/Checker capacity, managing risk and ensure compliance, portfolio management, new customer acquisition & retention of existing customer, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence & relationship management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Deliver Business as per assigned individual targets
Planning & strategy execution for achieving business targets, portfolio growth and customer acquisition
Perform various operational/service functions in Maker/Checker capacity
Build up customer networks for business growth
Ensure high level of customer engagement & relationship management
Manage Risk & ensure Regulatory Compliance

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years Minimum of 3-5 years of Banking experience in Retail Business with exposure to Priority Banking in Relationship Management RoleStrong understanding of Priority Banking business dynamics, operations & customer needs/preferencesSound knowledge of Product & Operational processNetworking & Relationship Management skillsAbility to handle pressure and deliver challenging business targetsSound Business planning and Problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills
