Job Description

The Job holder will be responsible for leading & managing Service Team, achieve assigned business targets as per approved budget, supervise overall Lounge operations, perform various operational/service roles in Checker/Approver capacity, managing risk and ensure compliance, service staff development & counselling, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence & relationship management.

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years Minimum of 5-8 years of Banking experience in Retail Business with exposure to Priority Banking in a Managerial CapacityStrong understanding of Priority Banking business and operational dynamics & customer needs/preferencesSound Banking knowledge including product, process, risk & complianceNetworking & Relationship Management skillsAbility to handle pressure and deliver challenging business targetsProblem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership, team management & staff development skills
