Head of SME Banking Divison (SVP-EVP)

• CMSME product innovation, development and modifications by assisting with the Head of Business/CBO as a successor while collaborating with other departments to intergrade them into broader business.

• Drive branches and business units to acquire new SME customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

• Directing in Following-up of proposals sent from branches for approval and sorting out the accounts of declined proposals and discuss with the branches to arrange review whichever is required.

• Provide guidance for preparation & execution of loan agreement with BB, MFIs, NGOs & other development outsourcing agencies.

• Ensure compliance and implement internal policies and procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank as to SME Banking and structuring of SME loan portfolio through proper segmentation in line with Central Bank and Circulars.

• Maintaining of liaison with various Women led organization such as BWCCI, SMEF, for the Women by the Women Forum for arranging training, workshop in different areas in the country to build capacity of Women Entrepreneurs.

• Monitor Non-Performing SME loans of the Bank and decide on appropriate strategies and plan for re-structuring/recovery.

• Achievement of Annual SME Loan Disbursement target of Bangladesh Bank

• Work closely with other divisions and branches, supervise in reports preparation, and visit SME clients to assess their business viability.

• Arrangement of training & workshop for educating Branch Officials on SME Products & Services and preparation of training module in this connection.

• Active Participation in fair, workshops, seminars related to the issues of SME and agriculture organized by different agencies/organizations.

• Maintaining strong relationship and facilitate the collection of low-cost Bangladesh Bank (BB) or SME Foundation (SME F) funds.

• Provide guidance to sales Manager/DSTs for setting sales strategy, delegating and monitoring targets and calculating sales target vs achievement and incentives for eligible sales force.

Age At least 35 years Excellent Communication and leadership skills.High success records in credit management and recovery and notable contribution in SME field.Good knowledge of commercial products, client management, compliance requirements, and operations.Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on SME Banking.
