The Project Officer, Case Management Associate will be responsible for comprehensive assessment of PSN case, provide technical guidance to case worker, conduct training to build their capacity through which case worker can conduct initial Assessment & ensure PSN Case management support.
Case Management Associate will oversee regular activities of Case worker, Community outreach members, ensure case management guiding principles
Conduct a comprehensive assessment for Medium and High risk PSN
Need to have clear understanding on PSN categorization and case management support.

Develop an individualized case plan with the person/family
Coordinate referrals across sectors (Protection, Health, Shelter, WASH, etc.)
Perform follow-up visits/calls; document outcomes and adjust case plan
Ensure urgent escalation for immediate safety threats
Maintain standards for case management, utilize a refugee-centered approach that prioritizes the safety, confidentiality, dignity, and respect of the PSN
Organize COMs induction for new joiners and conduct training for the capacity development of the COMs
Responsible for collecting success story of different interventions of COMs
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
