Service Technician

• Attend customer service calls, SR received & solutions and assigned jobs as per departmental instruction.

• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting of:

  • ESS (Energy Storage Systems)

  • Solar Inverters

  • Lithium-ion Battery

  • Sodium-ion Battery

  • Lead Acid Battery

• Perform internal circuit inspection, repair, replacement, soldering and maintenance of power electronics boards and components.

• Conduct installation support, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and after-sales technical service.

• Identify product problems accurately and provide effective technical solutions to customers.

• Ensure quick resolution of service issues to reduce pending jobs, repeated service and service turnaround time.

• Provide technical support to sales teams, dealers, distributors and channel partners for business development.

• Maintain proper service reports, troubleshooting records and warranty documentation.

• Notify concerned departments regarding major technical issues, recurring faults, or service interruptions in a timely manner.

• Increase service efficiency through remote support, over-phone troubleshooting and repair without spare replacement whenever possible.

• Ensure proper handling, charging, testing, balancing and safety procedures for battery systems.

• Follow electrical safety standards, organizational policies and service SOP during all service operations.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders when necessary.

• Support R&D and quality improvement activities by providing field feedback and technical observations.

Age 20 to 30 yearsOnly Male Students from Diploma in Electrical or HSC (Vocational) can also apply. Experienced on ESS, BESS, Solar Inverter and Lithium Battery
