Head of Compliance (AVP-FVP), Internal Control & Compliance Division.

• Ensure the Bank's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, Bangladesh Bank circulars, and other regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement an effective compliance monitoring framework to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the Bank.

• Monitor timely resolution of findings from Internal Inspection, Bangladesh Bank inspections, External Audit, and other regulatory examinations.

• Review, update, and recommend compliance-related policies, manuals, and procedures in line with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of compliance reports, regulatory returns, and responses to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.

• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures to minimize regulatory and operational risks.

• Provide compliance guidance and advisory support to all Divisions, Branches, and Sub-Branches to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Organize compliance awareness programs and training sessions for employees to strengthen the Bank's compliance culture and regulatory knowledge.

• Prepare and present periodic compliance reports, significant regulatory issues, and compliance status updates to Senior Management, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Compliance team by ensuring effective resource utilization, performance management, and continuous improvement of the Bank's compliance framework
