Business Development Manager (SEO-FVP)

• Develop Sales proposals to increase sales volume while closely monitoring competitor's movement and achieve target as set out in the KPI.

• Constantly support, participate and take charge of various sales campaign to ensure that maximum results are achieved

• Able to explore new Business opportunities and clients.

• Constant meeting with the sales team and to ensure quality service and improve turnaround time.

• BDM is designated for the payroll clients to ensure that they are adequately equipped about our products and ease effective in pointing out the salient features compare to competition, is aware of the banks marketing programs to maximize revenue while minimize potential loss from non-target areas/customers.

• Maintain constant liaison with the key executives of payroll customers in order to receive feedback with regard to our service standards and implement corrective action.

• Organizing special campaign/road show for payroll and other blue chip companies to maximize cross sales ratio.

• Follow up on regular basis by keeping record of customer referral from to help sales officers to increase sales.

• Distribution of payroll companies for banks process efficiency and functionality. Also monitoring the effectiveness of the designated sales person for the assign company.

• Constantly observing the market to accommodate new payroll relationships.
