Project Coordinator - HVAC

• Coordinate and oversee HVAC, chiller, and VRF project execution to ensure timely completion.

• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and manage workflow for smooth operations.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.

• Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

• Assist in resolving technical issues related to chiller, HVAC, and VRF system installations.

• Ensure proper procurement and timely delivery of materials to prevent project delays.

• Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and update stakeholders regularly.

• Enforce health, safety, and risk management protocols across all project sites

Age 25 to 35 years Understand advanced principles of Heating, Ventilation, and Air ConditioningAbility to work flexible hours and work around a changing scheduleExcellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skillsWorking knowledge of the equipment needed for the jobAbility to work independently without supervisionAbility to complete the work timely.
