Trainee Officer, Cards Acquisition (Cards Sales), Eastern Bank PLC

Prime Responsibilities

• Identify and approach to potential customers for credit card sales.

• Explain the features and benefits of different credit cards to customers and assist them completing the application.

• Coordinate with respective officers to facilitate approval and delivery of cards at shortest possible time.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.

• Ensure proper card activation and encourage supplementary card usage.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure fraud-free onboarding.

• Collect information on market trends, products, peer bank strategy and propose new initiate to line managers.

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and share with line manager.

Candidates with similar job experience will get preference, fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.Passionate to build a number driven banking career.Competent in sales knowledge, customer service techniques and strategies.Excellent in communication, good in negotiation and able to work independently.Outgoing and persuasive in nature.Proficient in using online platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
