Trainee Outlet Operation (Super Shop)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Achieving day to day Outlet/Super shop sales target.
• Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
• Oversee the daily operations of outlet efficiently.
• Implement operational strategies to meet quality customer services.
• Reinforce established company policies and procedures
• Obtain customer feedback and based on that recommend necessary steps for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the outlet facilities clean, safe and impressing.
• Organize regular interflow/ morning meeting to discuss sales progress and issues.
• Schedule orientations and on the job training to outlet associates.
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address customer queries modestly and ensure customer satisfaction as desired.
• Maintaining display/merchandising, so that easy to purchase and appealing as well.
• Training sales staffs (Customer service, productivity, display, housekeeping and maintenance)
• Prepare different report i.e. sales, merchandising, expense report etc.
• Controlling inventories/stock as per guideline
• Daily and weekly demand planning.
• Controlling outlet based expenses reasonably.
• Maintaining cash activities/assist in handling
