Job Context:

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Learning & Capability Development to lead capability-building initiatives for the Branch Banking Division. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing learning strategies that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, sales and service excellence, and operational performance across the branch network. This role requires a strategic learning professional who is passionate about building a high-performing workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

1. Develop and execute the annual Capability & Development strategy and learning roadmap for the Branch Banking Division, ensuring alignment with the Bank's strategic priorities and business objectives.

2. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with Branch Banking leadership and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning solutions.

3. Design, develop, and facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs to strengthen employees' technical, operational, sales, service, and leadership competencies.

4. Lead the development and implementation of capability-building initiatives focused on branch operations, customer experience, sales excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and people leadership.

5. Design and oversee structured onboarding, induction, and role-based learning journeys to accelerate the productivity and effectiveness of newly recruited Branch Banking employees.

6. Serve as an internal faculty member by delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and coaching employees to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.

7. Collaborate with Branch Heads, Regional Heads, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external learning partners to develop and deliver impactful learning and development interventions.

8. Stay abreast of emerging banking trends, digital learning innovations, customer experience practices, and industry best practices to continuously enhance capability development across the Branch Banking network.

9. Develop and maintain learning dashboards, training analytics, and management reports to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact, and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of learning initiatives.

10. Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, innovation, and high performance by promoting employee development and capability enhancement throughout the Branch Banking Division.
