Sub Branch In-Charge, (EO to PO) Noakhali, Feni, Bogura, Sirajgong

• To manage a sub branch which involves growing business in terms of the loan, liabilities, customer base and revenue.

• Ensure sub branch profitability i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of assets and liabilities.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and sales teams to achieve branch targets.

• Promote bank products and services, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to revenue generation.

• Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to promote financial literacy.

• Ensure cost optimization for the sub branch.

• Ensure all business transaction are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure Proper documentation to mitigate risks.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank

Age At least 25 years Candidates bearing sub branch In-Charge related professional qualification will be preferable.Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.Must have customer focused attitude
