Job Description

Coordinate and support the implementation of the Bank's Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) framework in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit monthly and quarterly Rationalized Information Templates (RITs) and other regulatory reports within stipulated timelines.
Collect, verify, and consolidate supervisory data from relevant divisions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Coordinate regulatory correspondence, information requests, supervisory reviews, inspections, and follow-up actions with Bangladesh Bank.
Monitor implementation of regulatory directives, inspection observations, corrective action plans, and RBS action plans.
Maintain RBS databases, regulatory records, MIS, dashboards, and supporting documentation for supervisory reporting.
Prepare management reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal memorandum relating to RBS and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with business and support functions to facilitate regulatory reporting, supervisory readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor regulatory circulars and supervisory developments and support implementation of new regulatory requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management relating to Risk-Based Supervision and regulatory reporting.
