Job Description

Identify, acquire, and onboard new corporate clients for Payroll Banking services to achieve assigned business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.
Promote Payroll Banking products, salary accounts, debit cards, digital banking, and other retail, SME & corporate banking solutions regarding Cash Management.
Manage the end-to-end payroll onboarding process, ensuring timely account opening and documentation.
Coordinate with Branches, Operations, IT, and relevant departments for smooth payroll implementation.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Cross-selling of banking products.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify business growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, KYC requirements, and internal policies.
Prepare periodic MIS reports on payroll acquisition and portfolio performance.
Conduct regular corporate visits to strengthen client relationships.
Participate in marketing campaigns and corporate events to expand payroll business.

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years 8-12 years of experience covering Payroll Banking, Retail Banking & Liability Business, Corporate Sales or Relationship Management.Master’s/Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Business graduates preferred).Educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.Experience in Payroll Banking will be given preference.Strong relationship management, presentation & negotiation skills.Knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC, and AML/CFT.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office & Power Point.Ability to achieve business targets.
