Job Description

• The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management
• The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills. .
• The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
• Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
• The incumbent will be responsible to lead the marketing team of the Company. The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.
• Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization?s business.
  
• Willing to work in Direct Sales, Corporate Sales.
• Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews for the management.
• To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sale and market Promotion.
  
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, locally/Zone wise.
• Costing plan with cost evaluation and pricing.
