Job Description

Job Context: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications. And ensure full regulatory compliance with BSEC, DSE, CSE, and other statutory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize board meetings, AGM/EGM, prepare agendas, and maintain statutory minutes and monitor and enforce internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
Handle compliance audits, reporting, and liaison with regulatory authorities.
Identify potential legal or operational risks and suggest preventive measures.
Maintain regulatory filings and act as a bridge between the board and stakeholders.
