Conduct periodic incentive simulations and impact analysis to evaluate program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with approved incentive policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
Business Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze individual, team, and branch performance using approved KPIs.
Develop performance dashboards, scorecards and MIS reports for management review.
Identify employee performance gaps and manage targeted intervention strategies for underperforming employees.
HR Analytics
Support manpower planning and forecasting using data-driven models.
Analyse workforce data to identify patterns related to productivity, turnover, and performance.
Build dashboards and reports to support leadership team for decision-making.
Others
Assist in HRIS implementation and system enhancement initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
