Job Description

Work closely with the Head of Product to define, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap for IPDC’s Business Transformation initiatives.
Translate business needs and market demands into actionable user stories, user journeys and data/process flows for the engineering teams. Clear documentation of As-Is and To-Be flows with impact areas.
Defile and document user feedback to identify areas for iterative enhancement and feature optimization.
Work closely with project managers in project management and coordination tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with internal business users, QA engineers, and external beta testers to execute UAT.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. Prepare comprehensive UAT cases and scenarios aligned with business use cases.
Align teams with structured project management methodologies (leveraging frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2) to track milestones, mitigate risks, and manage resource allocation effectively.
