Roles of the Medical Officer (Doctor):
The physician will work under the guidance of the management committee of SKS Hospital.
Coordinate, supervise, and implement assigned activities of clinical tasks for outpatient care together with the team
Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials & training the team.
Support and perform other tasks assigned by the management Committee of SKS Hospital.
Age 25 to 40 years Interest & work experience in community-based primary health care.Strong communication skills to teach procedures of prevention, health promotion, prescription advice, obtain informed consent, and provide training to the team members.Competence in conducting health assessments and documentation using a computer.Communication and interpersonal skill Computer Literacy Teamwork Training Facilitation Other Relevant Skills Health/Medical Patient Care Management
