We are seeking skilled and motivated Law Officers to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in banking laws, commercial laws, regulatory compliance, litigation management and MIS. The incumbent will be responsible for managing litigations of Dhaka Judges Courts, CMM Court, CJM Court and Labour Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing Cases as the Plaintiff/Complainant.

• Act as the witness before the learned Courts as the Plaintiff/Complainant.

• Monitoring and taking steps for the quicker disposal of the litigations. 

• Collection of copy of the Order, Judgment and Decree.

• Taking steps for timely filing of Execution Cases.

• Taking appropriate steps for the issuance and collection of Certificate/s under the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003.

• Co-ordination with the stakeholders for publication of Summons/Notices in the Daily Newspapers as required by the Courts.

• Preparation and processing of various office memos on professional and publication bills.

• Maintaining and updating Litigation MIS.

• Maintaining co-ordination with the panel lawyers, court officials and other stakeholders to expedite the pending litigations.

• Visiting office of Lawyers, Sub-Registrars, Tahsil offices, AC (Land) Offices, law enforcement agencies etc.

Qualifications and Other Competencies:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from recognized Universities.

• A minimum of 05 years of experience is required in a bank, financial institution, or law firm.

• Candidates permitted to practise in the Hon’ble High Court Division will be given preference.

• Must have experience in litigation management at Dhaka Judges, CJM and CMM Courts.

• Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, financial laws, and NPL Management.

• Must have excellent command on MS Office, communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
