Job Description

Context

The primary responsibility of the role is to prepare and process complete Investment/Finance Memorandum Pack or other rush transaction request of different accounts, to ensure proper and smooth documentation with Shariah Compliance, to maintain record of all files and ensure support to Relationship Management [RM] unit and overall to maintain strong working relationship with all clients to ensure customer satisfaction & trust and after all gaining the capacity to become RM within a short time.

Responsibilities

Will be dedicated to book the SME customers for Islamic Banking Business only.
Prepare and process complete Investment/Finance Memo Pack or other transaction request of different accounts for onward submission to Credit Risk Management.
Ensure smooth transaction of Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) customers.
Facilitate visit of the business and risk units to the customer’s premises.
Keep liaisons with the customer and different cross-functional teams i.e. Credit Administration/ Trade Services/ Credit Risk Management etc. to ensure proper and smooth transaction.
Keep proper record of Documentation expiry and communicate with the client to obtain updated documents in due time.
Maintain investment/ finance files and other administrative files of the accounts assigned to his/ her unit.
Monitor and follow up customers’ account of his/ her unit.
Maintain all circulars/ Instruction/ Policy/ Process files in head office.
Respond query/ audit feedback etc. of Central Bank, Internal Control & Compliance and other wings.
Ensure Shariah Compliance in all the transactions.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty and execute effective communication with the Customers to convey the clear messages.
Support the customers with necessary documents as requested by them such as vouchers, statements, and different certificates.
Make fresh calls to clients & convince New to Bank (NTB) clients to open Islamic deposit accounts as part of Deposit Mobilization.
