Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Care

• Receive and manage customer inquiries and sales leads from phone calls, social media platforms, the company website, email, walk-in customers, and other lead generation sources.
• Record, verify, categorize, and maintain all incoming leads accurately in the CRM or lead management system.
• Distribute leads to the Sales Team in accordance with the company's lead allocation policy and ensure fair and timely assignment.
• Monitor lead status and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure prompt follow-up and proper lead handling.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports, including lead source analysis, lead allocation, conversion status, and pending follow-ups, for management review.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding the company's products, projects, pricing, and services.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure smooth lead management and customer engagement.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer communications, feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Escalate customer complaints, urgent issues, or high-priority inquiries to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• ·Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of customer and company data.
• Monitor response times and customer service quality to ensure compliance with the company's service standards.
• Assist in preparing periodic customer service and lead performance reports for management.
• Perform any other customer care, lead management, or administrative duties assigned by management.

Age 20 to 35 years Females are also encouraged to apply.·        At least 2-3 years.The applicants MUST have experience in the Developer & Real Estate Business
