Job Description

Receive and manage customer inquiries and sales leads from phone calls, social media platforms, the company website, email, walk-in customers, and other lead generation sources.
Record, verify, categorize, and maintain all incoming leads accurately in the CRM or lead management system.
Distribute leads to the Sales Team in accordance with the company's lead allocation policy and ensure fair and timely assignment.
Monitor lead status and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure prompt follow-up and proper lead handling.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports, including lead source analysis, lead allocation, conversion status, and pending follow-ups, for management review.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding the company's products, projects, pricing, and services.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure smooth lead management and customer engagement.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer communications, feedback, and follow-up activities.
Escalate customer complaints, urgent issues, or high-priority inquiries to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
·Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of customer and company data.
Monitor response times and customer service quality to ensure compliance with the company's service standards.
Assist in preparing periodic customer service and lead performance reports for management.
Perform any other customer care, lead management, or administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
