Job Description

Identify & Monitor overdue and classified loan accounts at Head office.
Maintain regular follow-up with borrowers, guarantors, and concerned parties through visits, meetings, correspondence, and negotiation to expedite the recovery.
Prepare, update, and maintain branch-level MIS on overdue loans, classified accounts, recovery status, legal cases, and recovery performance.
Prepare the rescheduling proposal and forward it to the Head Office for review and approval
Submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or ad-hoc reports to Head Office as required.
Provide Proposals with the consent from Branch Manager and send to concerned Division to take approval from Management for initiation of legal action against the NPL / delinquent borrowers, as required.
Coordinate with approved Panel Lawyers for issuance of Legal Notices, filing of Suit(s)/Case(s)/Writ(s), execution proceedings, auction process, and other legal recovery measures.
Process proposals for approval of legal fees and other recovery-related expenses through proper channel, where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and safe custody of legal files, court documents, decrees, and security documents at branch level.
Maintain close liaison with the concerned Division at Head Office.
Maintain professional liaison with legal counsels, law enforcing agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate recovery.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years Must have good expertise on Microsoft Office as well as experience of handling core banking system.Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
