IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain servers, firewalls, routers, switches, storage systems, projectors, printers, laptops, desktops, IP phones, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT assets.
Ensure maximum uptime and availability of all IT infrastructure across corporate and factory locations.
Monitor server health, storage utilization, and system performance, taking proactive corrective actions.
Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansion, and hardware replacement.
Network Administration
Administer LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, and network security.
Configure and maintain routers, managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues with minimal downtime.
Maintain updated network topology diagrams and documentation.
Server, Backup & Disaster Recovery
Manage Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server).
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly backup of servers, databases, ERP systems, and user data.
Periodically test backup restoration to ensure business continuity.
Develop, maintain, and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) plans.
Cybersecurity & Information Security
Implement endpoint security, antivirus, firewall, email security, and access control policies.
Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and security incidents.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements.
ERP & Business Application Support
Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with ERP vendors for upgrades, issue resolution, and system optimization.
Support business applications, databases, email systems, and cloud-based services.
End User Support
Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support to users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues.
Ensure all service requests are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Set up laptops, desktops, email accounts, user IDs, access rights, and software for new employees within established timelines.
Provide dedicated IT support to the Managing Director and senior management.
IT Asset & Vendor Management
Maintain complete inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Track repair and maintenance records for all IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty claims, procurement, and maintenance services.
Manage IT department no-dues clearance during employee separation.
Collaboration & Communication Systems
Administer Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and other collaboration platforms.
Organize and support virtual meetings, video conferences, and presentations for management.
Ensure uninterrupted email and communication services.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, configurations, licenses, SOPs, and network diagrams.
Prepare periodic reports on system performance, incidents, backups, security, and IT asset utilization.
Maintain records of preventive maintenance activities.
Budget & Project Management
Prepare annual IT budgets for hardware replacement, software licensing, infrastructure upgrades, and IT projects.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend cost-effective IT solutions.
Lead IT infrastructure enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external IT audits.
Develop and implement IT standard operating procedures (SOPs).
