Executive/ Sr.Executive –International Sourcing & Procurement

Job Context:

Hasan Trade is a leading industrial machinery importer and solution provider in Bangladesh, serving Textile, Printing, Signage, Packaging, and Manufacturing industries.

We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented, and result-driven international sourcing & procurement or foreign communication professionals who can deal with industrial and sublimation machinery, spare parts, printing ink, consumables and related products from international suppliers, particularly China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with Chinese and overseas suppliers on a regular basis.

• Collect Bangladesh customer requirements and coordinate suitable overseas sourcing.

• Research and compare suppliers based on product quality, technology, price, reliability and business terms.

• Prepare supplier comparisons and support the final supplier/order selection according to company policy.

• Follow up bulk machine/consumable orders from order confirmation until shipment.

• Coordinate LC/TT payment procedures and ensure payment-related activities are completed on time.

• Check and coordinate commercial and shipping documents with suppliers and the Commercial/Logistics teams.

• Follow up production, inspection, packing and shipment arrangements with overseas suppliers.

• Maintain shipment schedules MANAGEMENT.

• Coordinate with Logistics/Supply Chain teams regarding international shipments.

• Coordinate with overseas technical teams and our Service Department for installation, troubleshooting and after-sales support.

• Follow up customer technical complaints and ensure proper communication with suppliers.

• Maintain knowledge of machine-wise spare parts, availability and market prices.

• Maintain proper supplier, order, payment, shipment and after-sales records.

Age 20 to 40 yearsOnly Female Experience in Foreign Communication / International Sourcing & Procurement / Import based Supply Chain-related work is Highly preferred.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply those who are confident to meet the demand our vacant position.Add an Advantage:Candidates with experience in industrial machinery, printing machinery, spare parts, technical products, China sourcing or machinery trading will receive preference.Customer Requirement Overseas Sourcing Supplier Comparison Negotiation Order Confirmation Payment Production Follow-up Documentation Shipment Installation/Technical Support After-Sales Follow-up.
