Job Description

A Junior Architect plays a crucial role in bridging conceptual design and practical execution.

This role is ideal for candidates eager to add value in interior/architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction.

They will work closely with other architects, engineers, and project managers, contributing to various stages of design development.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing interior/architectural designs, concepts, and layouts along with the team
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision, ensuring design implementation aligns with plans.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design solutions.
Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices to enhance project quality.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Contribute creative ideas to optimize space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
Assist in preparing documentation for permits and project approvals.
Stay updated with interior/architectural trends, software, and best practices.
