Officer / Senior Officer – Sales (Business Development)

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, consultants, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations.

2. Promote the hospital's healthcare services to increase patient referrals and business growth.

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

4. Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers, corporate offices, and institutional clients.

5. Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

6. Organize health camps, corporate health programs, awareness campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.

8. Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and referral patterns to recommend business strategies.

9. Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

10. Maintain professional relationships while upholding the hospital's brand image and ethical standards.
