Job Description

Plan, supervise, and monitor construction, renovation, remodeling, repair, and maintenance works of branches, sub-branches, ATM booths, corporate offices, training centers and other bank facilities.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates and scope of work for procurement and project implementation.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Supervise contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
Verify measurements, certify work completion and recommend contractor bills for payment.
Coordinate with Procurement, ICT, Administration, Finance, Branches and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Assist in tender preparation, technical evaluation of bids, vendor assessment and contract administration.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of bank premises and recommend cost-effective improvement solutions.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), fire safety regulations, environmental guidelines and other applicable laws.
Maintain engineering drawings, project documentation, completion certificates, warranties and maintenance records.
Participate in emergency maintenance activities and provide engineering support whenever required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in in civil engineering, construction supervision, project management or facility management. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a commercial bank, financial institutions or corporate infrastructure project.
