Job Description

Process account opening requests accurately and efficiently through centralized operations.
Scrutinize account opening forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, the MTB Customer Acceptance Policy, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) guidelines, relevant circulars, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Achieve assigned productivity targets while maintaining agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence in all assigned responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Skills & CompetenciesSound knowledge of account opening procedures and banking operations.Understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD, and AML/CFT requirements.Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Core Banking Systems (CBS) and Document/Data Management Systems (DMS).Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
