Trainee Relationship Officer (Branch Sales), Retail & SME Banking

Job Location EBL Branches across Bangladesh

Prime Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of banking products including accounts, deposits, cards, loans, and other services offered by the bank.

• Achieve quarterly as well as yearly sales targets and objectives.

• Actively participate in sales campaigns.

• On board potential new clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

• Report sales performance and market trends to line manager and department head.

• Provide support in collection and recovery activities when necessary.
