Job Description

Proposed Job Grade – (FAVP – AVP)

Credit Proposal Analysis: Prepare and analyze credit proposals for Corporate Client Segment in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Financial Statement Review: Conduct in-depth analysis of borrower financials, cash flow, and repayment capacity to assess creditworthiness.
Data Collection & Documentation Review: Ensure completeness of required documentation, including security papers, external credit ratings, and regulatory compliance documents.
Portfolio Monitoring: Track overdue accounts, SMA status, and early warning indicators to identify potential risk exposures.
Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist in preparing reports and data submissions for Bangladesh Bank inspections, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Sustainable Finance & E&S Risk Screening: Assist in evaluating proposals against Environmental & Social risk criteria and sustainable financing guidelines.
Credit MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update credit risk databases and prepare various MIS reports for internal management and regulatory use.
Coordination with Relationship Teams: Collaborate with business and branch teams to obtain missing documents, resolve queries, and support proposal processing.
Support in Policy Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of credit policies, SOPs, and process changes as guided by senior management.

Job Requirements

Candidates completed CICC will be given preference.Good writing and communication skill.In depth knowledge on financial market and industry outlook.Data analysis and power point presentation skill.
