We are seeking a high-potential Supply Chain professional to join as Assistant Manager, Store working closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store and warehouse activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Physical stock verification.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely material issuance to production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
