Dekko Food Limited, a leading FMCG organization in Bangladesh, is strengthening its people strategy to drive sustainable growth and transformation. We are seeking a high-potential HR professional to join as HR Business Partner (Senior Executive Level), working closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination, and final settlement.
  • Manage structured offboarding activities including exit interviews, clearance processing, and company asset recovery.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and policy communications in a timely and accurate manner.

2. HRIS, Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage accurate, complete, and real-time employee records in HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Administer and monitor monthly attendance, leave, shift schedules, and manpower data with strong data integrity controls.
  • Generate routine HR operational reports and support data-driven decision-making through system insights and recommendations.

3. Payroll & Attendance Coordination

  • Validate and advice attendance, overtime, leave, and related inputs to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and deductions and assist to payroll team.

4. Employee Relations & HR Support Services

  • Serve as the primary contact point for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover patterns, and share actionable insights with HR leadership.
  • Support managers in handling employee concerns, workplace issues, and engagement-related matters.

5. Compliance & Documentation Governance

  • Maintain statutory registers, employee personal files, and HR compliance documentation in line with audit requirements.
  • Ensure HR records and processes are aligned with internal policies and Bangladesh Labor Law requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.

Age At most 30 years Expected Competency Level:HR Analytics & Reporting: AdvancedHRIS & Data Management: AdvancedStakeholder Coordination: ProficientCommunication & Empathy: AdvancedEmotional Intelligence: Advanced5-7 years of experience in core HR within Group of company/ FMCG / Manufacturing / Large organizationsProven experiences in ERP,HRMS and HRIS Operations.Strong communication and presentation skills in English·      Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, data analysis, and reporting tools)
