Assistant Officer – Operations

Job Context

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated fresh graduates to join our Operations team as Assistant Officers. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

• Verify and process operational documents in accordance with organizational policies.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in preparing periodic reports and operational MIS.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.

Age At most 32 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.Good organizational and time management skills.High level of integrity and attention to detail.
