Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise all day-to-day construction activities at the project site according to the structural design and management decisions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the construction of Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement, RCC Drain structures, and renovation/retrofitting works.
Estimate required construction materials accurately in accordance with the project budget, guidelines, and company policies.
Implement strict quality control procedures for all construction materials to ensure the durability and serviceability of the work.
Control material wastage effectively during work execution and proper stacking at the site.
Maintain the MB (Measurement) Book accurately and verify the bill of quantities done by the sub-contractors.
Compare actual site progress against the planned schedule regularly and take necessary actions to prevent project delays.
Lead and manage the team of subordinate engineers, supervisors, and technical supporting staff independently.
Deal with sub-contractors efficiently and maintain the Contractor Book by ensuring it is signed by them at least once a week.
Supervise building layout surveying to ensure maximum accuracy before executing any construction work.
Keep all site records up to date, including approved plans, site observation books, monitoring books, and detailed client or property information.
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and strict adherence to health and safety standards within the project area.
Communicate regularly with the Head Office regarding project implementation, milestones, and ongoing progress.
Take ownership of the project to avoid defective works, eliminate wastage, and ensure successful completion within the timeline.

We are looking for a reliable Sr. Project Engineer/Project Engineer-Civil to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The chosen candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Age At most 34 yearsOnly Male Able to forecast Project engineering schedule. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skill. Adaptable and able to work under pressure. Quantitative analytical ability.
