Responsibilities & Context

* Generate and qualify leads from digital platforms and campaigns.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

* Understand customer needs, budget, location, and preferences.

* Promote projects and provide property information.

* Follow up with prospects through calls, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

* Schedule site visits and meetings with the Sales Team.

* Maintain updated customer and lead records.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

* Support Sales Team in lead conversion and sales.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
