Storekeeper (Real Estate Background)

• Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing construction materials

• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure accurate stock management

• Handle petty cash for urgent and minor material purchases as per company policy

• Perform materials quality check during receiving and report discrepancies

• Prepare and maintain MRR (Material Receiving Report)

• Prepare GP (Goods Posting) and MPR (Material Purchase Requisition)

• Prepare MIRN (Material Issue Return Note) and ensure proper documentation

• Prepare monthly stock reports and submit to management

• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for material flow

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all inventory items

• Assist in audit and inventory verification processes
