Job Context:
Rupayan Group is looking for an experienced and capable Manager, HR Operations to oversee the organization’s day-to-day HR functions and ensure that all people-related processes are managed efficiently, consistently and in line with company policy and procedures.
The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in talent acquisition and management, KPI-based performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, employee relations, compliance, and coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily HR operations across the organization.
Coordinate recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation activities.
Lead organizational development and change management programs.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns with fairness, confidentiality and proper documentation.
Oversee the KPI-based performance appraisal process and guide managers on performance improvement plans.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures and management decisions.
Ensure the implementation of all policies and processes on time and to a high standard.
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, applicable laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
Support organizational development, employee engagement and change-management initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and management information.
Advise department heads and line managers on employee performance, conduct and other HR-related matters.
Work closely with management and leadership teams for automation initiatives.
Conduct HR audits in all the sister concerns of Rupayan Group.
Age 35 to 40 yearsOnly Male Relevant professional HR certification/ trainings will be considered an advantage.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with substantial exposure to HR operations.Experience in a group of companies, real estate, development or construction-related organization will be preferred.Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures and labour-law compliance.Sound leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
