Job Description

To drive overall sales growth of 4-wheeler commercial vehicles (trucks, pickups, bus etc.) by effectively managing both corporate (B2B/fleet) and dealer (retail/channel) sales operations. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding dealer networks, acquiring and managing key corporate clients, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies for both corporate and dealer channels

  • Set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts for regions and product lines

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

2. Corporate Sales Management

  • Identify and acquire corporate, institutional, and fleet customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (logistics, FMCG, construction, etc.)

  • Manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations

  • Ensure repeat business and long-term agreements

3. Dealer & Channel Management

  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors across assigned territories

  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure target achievement

  • Provide training, sales support, and marketing guidance to dealer teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

4. Sales Operations & Target Achievement

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance

  • Monitor sales pipeline, stock availability, and delivery timelines

  • Take corrective actions to address sales gaps

5. Business Development

  • Explore new markets, territories, and customer segments

  • Expand dealer network and corporate client base

  • Identify opportunities for product diversification and growth

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across both channels

  • Handle key customer issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Coordinate with after-sales/service teams for support

7. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility

  • Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for inventory and delivery

  • Liaise with finance for credit control and payment processes

8. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Any other assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.
