Sr. Service Engineer/Service Engineer, Automobile(2W/4W) out of Dhaka
The position is required for any where in Bangladesh, who are experienced on 2W/4W at reputed Automobile Company will be given preference.
Provide on-site service support for 2W/4W customers, dealers, and workshops.
Visit dealer points on a rotational basis and ensure satisfactory service delivery from each dealer point.
Perform accurate diagnosis of 2W/4W vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Identify mechanical, electrical, electronic, and performance-related issues.
Recommend appropriate solutions and carry out required repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance, periodic service, and major repairs for motorcycles and vehicles.
Overhaul engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension, and electrical systems.
Support customers and dealers in resolving complex technical issues.
Escalate critical technical cases to senior engineers or OEM when necessary.
Attend to customer complaints and provide professional solutions.
Explain repair findings, cost estimates, and service procedures to customers clearly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and quality service delivery.
Prepare job cards, service reports, warranty claim documents, and parts requisitions.
Maintain service records as per company and regulatory requirements.
Report recurring issues or field complaints to management.
Conduct on-the-job training for service technicians and dealer staff.
Stay updated with new models, technologies, and service techniques through regular training.
Coordinate with the parts department for required spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Assist in service camps, roadshows, and customer support programs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time..
