Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive sales of two-wheelers (Bajaj Motorcycles) through effective customer engagement, product presentation, lead generation, and excellent customer service while ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom/display center in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, warranty coverage, and promotional campaigns.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models based on their preferences and budget.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales performance.

  • Generate, maintain, and follow up sales leads through direct contact, telephone, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle operation, features, and benefits to prospective customers.

  • Assist customers with booking, registration, insurance, financing, and vehicle delivery processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, bookings, sales transactions, and follow-up activities.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Service Department, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth customer service and timely delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Maintain showroom displays, promotional materials, and product presentation standards to enhance customer experience.

  • Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, road shows, customer events, and promotional activities organized by the Company.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and customer referrals.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences and provide feedback to management.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
