Job Description

Lead and develop high-performing Trade Finance Operations and Branch Banking teams, fostering excellence and customer-focused service.

Drive KPI achievement through effective performance management and strategic initiatives aligned with global trade and regulatory trends.

Oversee end-to-end Trade Finance operations, optimizing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and faster turnaround.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable local and international trade regulations.

Strengthen risk management practices to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Collaborate across business functions to support sustainable growth and enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements

Age At least 40 years 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a high-volume, centralized Trade Processing center.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, ability to achieve team goals, problem solving ability and flexibility.
