Job Description

The incumbent will support the appraisal, monitoring, and reporting of engineering-driven projects financed by the Bank. The role requires sound engineering knowledge, effective stakeholder coordination, and frequent project site visits across the country.

Assist in evaluating the technical and financial feasibility of new and existing engineering-driven projects.
Conduct regular project site visits to monitor implementation progress and prepare monitoring reports.
Collect, analyze, and present project-related information for management review.
Identify potential project risks and report observations with appropriate recommendations.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers, project sponsors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
Prepare and maintain project appraisal reports, monitoring reports, correspondence, and related documentation in compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Support project performance tracking and ensure proper documentation of project milestones.
Prepare periodic management reports and project status updates.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Age At most 40 years Sound understanding of project appraisal, project monitoring, and technical evaluation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and basic analytical tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel extensively for project inspections and monitoring.
