Cleaner, Admin and Operations, HCMP

The cleaner position will be responsible for cleaning activities in the office area, washrooms, toilets under the supervision of Sr. Officer, Admin.                        

• Clean office area, wash rooms, toilets on a regular basis

• Sweep office premises on a regular basis

• Maintain a checklist on cleaning

• Maintain hygiene and health environment

• Oversee stock of cleaning materials and raise requisition to Officer, Admin as and when required

• Maintain daily cleaning reports and submit to Officer, Admin regularly

• Maintain proper use of cleaning materials to avoid wastage

• Maintain proper wastes management

Safeguarding:

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
