Hasan Trade is a leading industrial machinery importer and solution provider in Bangladesh, serving Textile, Garments, Printing, Signage, & technological solutions.
We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing professionals who can develop strong B2B relationships with factory owners and industrial clients, promote industrial machinery solutions, and achieve sustainable sales growth.
This role is field-based and requires frequent client visits, technical understanding of machinery, and the ability to manage long-term industrial machinery sales cycles.
Job Location
Purana Paltan & Field Sales where necessary (All Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities
Visit factories, industrial units, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities
Promote industrial machinery, equipment, and technical solutions across assigned sectors
Identify and develop new clients in Textile, Garments, Printing industries
Conduct product presentation, demonstration, and basic technical explanation to clients
Build rapport and maintain strong relationship with factory owners, production managers, and decision-makers
Follow up on leads and manage end-to-end sales pipeline
Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal technical teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industrial events
Support after-sales coordination with service and technical teams
Age 25 to 45 years Executive: 1–3 years / Senior Executive: 3–5 years Experience.Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, machinery, textile, garments, signage machinery so engineering products will be highly preferred.Must be willing to work in field sales and frequent client visitsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deal with factory owners and corporate decision-makersBasic understanding of industrial machinery or willingness to learn quicklyTarget-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined personalityAbility to handle long sales cycles (not retail or FMCG style sales)Digital Marketing, MS officePreferred Background (High Priority Candidates)Textile machinery sales professionalsPrinting / UV / signage machine sales professionalsIndustrial equipment sales (generator, HVAC, CNC, automation)Insurance, Pharmaceuticals Sales Professionals.Technical field sales engineers
